Abstract

Razmišljanje o poviševanju cen nafte, posledično tudi ostalih fosilnih goriv je močno prevesilo tehtnico v prid pasivni gradnji. Obnovljivi viri energije kot npr. lesna biomasa niso bili nič obetavnejši, saj niso poceni, poleg tega pa priprava velike količine drv pomeni veliko dela. Naslednja zahteva je bila, da gradnja ne traja predolgo - torej v prid montažni konstrukciji. Zaradi takih zahtev se tudi v Sloveniji bolj uveljavljajo energetsko varčnejše pasivne hiše, ki zaradi posebne gradnje in tehnologije porabijo občutno manj energije za ogrevanje kot klasično grajene hiše. Pogosto omenjene prednosti montažnih hiš so: hitrost izvedbe, energetska učinkovitost in cena. Hiša se imenuje pasivna zato, ker sončno energijo in notranje vire izkorišča ob minimalnih toplotnih izgubah, zato skoraj ni potrebno dodatno ogrevati ali hladiti. V diplomski nalogi smo opisali glavne značilnosti pasivne hiše. Izdelali smo projekt, dimenzionirali glavne nosilne elemente in na koncu preverili, če ustreza standardu pasivne hiše s programom PHVP02.

Secondary title: Design of single-family timber passive house
Secondary abstract: Considering the elevation of the oil price, consequentialy also other fossil fuels, strongly has overweighted the scale in favor for passiv construction. Renewable resources of energy as woody biomass were not promising nothing, as they are not cheap, beside that, preparation of large amounts of firewood is a lot of work. The following request was, that the construction does not last too long - therefore in favor of prefabricated structures. Because such requirements, Slovenia is also promoting energy saving passiv hauses, due to the works and technology consume significantly less energy for heating than conventionaly built hauses. Frequently mentioned advantages of prefabricated houses are: speed performance, energy efficiency and low price. The house is called passive, because it uses solar energy and internal sources with minimal heat loss,and therefore, there is almost no need for additional warming up or cooling. In thesis, we described the main characteristics of the passive house. We have made the project, dimensioned main load-bearing elements and at the end we checked if it meets the passive house standard with the program PHVP02.
