Abstract

Pasivne hiše predstavljajo način gradnje, ki je okolju prijazen, saj uporablja obnovljive vire energije in s tem omogoča dobitke in rabo energije brez običajnih hladilnih in ogrevalnih naprav ter hkrati zagotavljajo ugodno počutje. V diplomskem delu so podani nekateri pomembnejši podatki o zgodovini in razvoju pasivne gradnje tako v Evropi kot tudi v Sloveniji, predstavljena sta energijski in tehnični vidik ter vidik načrtovanja gradnje pasivne hiše. Na podlagi pridobljenih teoretičnih znanj, je ob koncu z tehničnega in načrtovalskega vidik predstavljena pasivna hiša v Alsheimu, za katero je bilo ugotovljeno, da v nekaterih vrednostih celo presega standarde pasivne gradnje. Ugotovili smo, da pasivna gradnja predstavlja pomemben vidik varovanja okolja v smislu trajnostne gradnje in jo je potrebno zlasti v Sloveniji čim bolj spodbujati.

Secondary abstract: For using renewable energy sources, passive houses represent environmentally friendly means of a work. While assuring a comfort living, they enable energy gain and conservation without conventional cooling and heating systems. The diploma paper offers a brief insight into the most substantial data about the history and the development of Passivhaus building in Europe and Slovenia. Additionally, the energetic and technical aspect, as well as passive house planning aspect are presented. On base of collected theoretical knowledge, the diploma paper presents technical and planning aspect of a passive house located in Alsheim. The example shows that some values for this particular house exceed those which are typical for Passivhaus standards. To conclude, Passivhaus building as a sustainable building concept is an important aspect of environmental protection and should be stimulated in every possible way, especially in Slovenia.
