Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo opredelili standard nizkoenergijske hiše v Sloveniji. Raziskali smo zgodovino razvoja nizkoenergijskih hiš v Evropi in svetu, kjer so le-te prisotne zadnjih 40 let. Opredelili smo arhitekturni vidik načrtovanja nizkoenergijske hiše, kar zajema umestitev objekta v prostor, arhitekturno zasnovo in dodatne vidike načrtovanja. Podali smo značilnosti nizkoenergijske hiše v smislu tehnologije gradnje, ovoja zgradbe in delovanje hiše z vidika rabe energije. Teorijo smo podkrepili z dvema primeroma tipskih nizkoenergijskih hiš, slovenskih projektantskih podjetij, z različno tehnologijo gradnje, a s primerljivimi karakteristikami. Na tak način smo lažje prikazali podobnosti in razlike ter morebitne posebnosti posameznega pristopa gradnje. Obravnavana primera nizkoenergijskih hiš ne odlikuje kreativna pač pa funkcionalna arhitekturna zasnova in predvsem tehnično dovršena izvedba vseh detajlov, zaradi česar dosegata standard zelo dobre nizkoenergijske hiše.

Secondary abstract: The standard of the low energy house in Slovenia has been defined in this diploma thesis. We have researched the development history of the low energy houses in Europe and throughout the world. This type of houses has been constructed in the last 40 years. We have defined the architectural aspect of planning a low energy house which contains the placement of a structure in a natural or urban environment, the architectural design and some additional aspects of planning. Furthermore, we presented the characteristics of a low energy house which are the technology of construction, insulation and use of energy. The theory is supported with examples of two low energy houses that were built by two Slovenian constructional companies. The art of construction differs but they share comparable characteristics. By this means, it was easier to present the similarities as well as the differences and the eventual specialities of the individual construction. The examples of low energy houses we dealt with do not excel in creative but in functional architectural design, especially in the technically perfected realization of details. For this reason, these two houses achieve the standards of a very good low energy house.
