Popis, predizmere in ponudbeni predračun za gradbena dela stanovanjske hiše

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo prikazali teoretično in praktično pot do ponudbene cene za gradbena dela stanovanjske hiše v Mozirju (dvojček). Opisali smo sestavne dele, ki nas pripeljejo do ponudbene cene gradbenih del. S pomočjo projekta št. 070307 smo izdelali popis gradbenih del ter predizmere. Postopek pridobitve ponudbene cene smo prikazali na primeru zidanja zidu z modularno opeko v apneno-cementni malti 1:3:9, kjer smo najprej naredili izračun predanaliz cene za glavne materiale franko gradbišča, notranje prevoze, mokro mešanico ter amortizacijo. Na osnovi dobljenih rezultatov pa smo izdelali glavno analizo cene. Celotni ponudbeni predračun smo izdelali v računalniškem programu Gradbeništvo - kalkulacije in pokalkulacije (Gkal), podjetja HERMES d.o.o..

Secondary title:	Estimating construction costs for an individual house
Secondary abstract:	In this thesis we presented a theoretical and practical way to set prices for the construction of an individual house in Mozirje (twin house). We described the components that lead us to the set price for the construction work. With the help of Project number 070307 we made an inventory of works. The procedure for obtaining setting prices is shown in the case of a building block wall with modular bricks in lime-cement mortar 1:3:9, where we first did the preliminary calculation prices for the main ex-site materials, internal transport, wet mixture, and depreciation. Based on the obtained results, we have created final analysis of the price. The whole tender bill has been made in a computer program Gradbeništvo - kalkulacije in pokalkulacije (Gkal), created by the company HERMES doo.
