Abstract
Podjetje Linea Media, d. o. o., se od leta 2001 ukvarja s trženjem inovativnih medijev zunaj doma. Podjetje se zaveda ohranjanja kakovostnih odnosov s poslovnimi partnerji in daje velik poudarek uspešnosti posameznih prodajalcev. Zaradi sprememb v oglaševalski panogi, ki so se pojavile kot posledica recesije ter povečanega števila konkurentov na trgu, je podjetje prisiljeno sprejeti določene ukrepe, s katerimi bo povečalo učinkovitost dela ter posledično ohranilo prihodke poslovanja na enaki ravni oziroma jih celo povečalo.
Namen diplomske naloge je s pomočjo informacijske tehnologije poiskati načine za dvig učinkovitosti dela zaposlenih in vodstvu omogočiti kontrolo nad delom podrejenih. Z diplomsko nalogo na podlagi analize obstoječega stanja v podjetju in možnosti, ki jih ponuja trg, predlagam smernice za povišanje učinkovitosti dela in izbiro primernega CRM-informacijskega sistema.
V prvem, teoretičnem delu, opisujem management upravljanja s strankami in informacijsko tehnologijo, ki je potrebna za vpeljavo CRM-sistema v podjetje. Na podlagi trenutnega načina poslovanja in ustaljenih procesov v Linea Medii v praktičnem delu diplomske naloge izpostavljam potrebe in pričakovanja podjetja ob uvedbi ustreznega CRM sistema. S podrobno analizo ponudbe na trgu in primerjavo ponudnikov CRM-sistemov v diplomskem delu svetujem izbiro najbolj optimalnega sistema in njegovega ponudnika, kar opisujem v zadnji točki diplomske naloge.

Linea Media Ltd. is a company, which was established in 2001 and is since then engaged in marketing of innovative out-of-home media. The company is aware of maintaining quality relations with their business partners, and therefore places great emphasis on the performance of individual employee (sellers). Due to changes in the advertising industry, which occurred as a result of the market recession and the increased number of competitors, the company is compelled to adopt certain measures, which will increase the work efficiency and consequently retain or even increase company profits.
The aim of the thesis is to present how using information technology can lead to increased efficiency and provide management control over the work of subordinates. The thesis analyzes the established processes in Linea Media d.o.o. as well as market options and proposes guidelines to increase the work efficiency and implementation of an appropriate CRM information system in the company.
In the first, theoretical part of the thesis, I describe the importance of nurturing relationships with company’s clients and a CRM information system as one of the solutions for managing company’s interactions with customers, clients and sales prospects. Furthermore, in the practical part of the thesis, I define company’s needs and expectations when implementing a CRM system in the enterprise. Based on the established business processes and detailed analysis of the market options, I compare providers, their services and concrete software solutions - CRM systems. Finally I suggest the most optimal choice of CRM system and its provider to Linea Media d.o.o. |
