Abstract

Trajnostni razvoj mest v prihodnosti noben drug dejavnik ne zaznamuje bolj kot promet. Strategije upravljanja z mestnim prometom predvidevajo zmanjšanje vstopa individualnim transportnim sredstvom v mestna jedra, povečanje javnega mestnega transporta in nemotoriziranih oblik prometa. Načrtovanje poslovno trgovske cone na južnem mestnem robu Maribora je del širše urbane ureditve prostora nove mestne obvoznice. Študija priključka obvoznice na obstoječo cesto, je določala prometno ureditev v poslovno trgovski coni. Umestitev sistema "parkiraj in se pelji"(P+R), je del strategije upravljanja s prometom. Prometna glava s P+R sistemom je zasnovana tako, da s funkcionalnostjo in arhitekturo privablja potencialne uporabnike. Zasnova prometne infrastrukture in upravljanje s prometnimi tokovi so načrtovani tako, da omogočajo večjo uporabnost oblik javnega transporta.

Secondary abstract: No other segment in sustainable city development is defined more than urban transportation. Strategy of managing urban transportation anticipate decreasing of entering motor vehicles in the city centres, increasing public transportation and non- motorized forms of transportation. Planning of the business- shopping area on the south edge of the city Maribor is the part of extended urban developement of space around new city bypass road. The study of conection bypass road to the existing highway structure define arangement of the traffic systeme in the business- shopping area. Planning the "park and ride" (P+R) system in the structure of area is a part of management transportation strategy. Multimodal system with P+R is designed in way that with functionality and architecture attracting possible users. Design of the transportation infrastructure and management of traffic flow are planed to encrease the usage of public transportation.
