diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študijskega programa
Abstract
Načrtovanje bio-ekološke hiše smo opisali skozi štiri vidike: vidik sožitja objekta z okolico, vidik obnovljivih virov energije, vidik zdrave hiše in vidik materialov.

Standard of sustainable architecture: bio - eco house |
Secondary abstract: |
The introductory part of this diploma paper presents the term “bio-eco house” and discusses the difference between bio and eco house. According to sustainable architecture standards analysis, the bio-eco house is defined as an energy saving house, constructed of natural, human friendly materials, which uses alternative energy sources at the same time. For the construction, materials as stone, wood, soil and other climate limited materials like bamboo, grass and rods are used.
The second chapter offers a brief history overview and describes primeval settlements up to today’s modern, rather commercial bi-eco houses. The bio-eco house planning is described regarding four parameters: cohabitation of the building with the environment, renewable energy sources, healthy house and materials. Each listed parameter is accompanied with house example and its analysis.
Next, the diploma paper studies the experience of bio-eco house in Slovenia and concludes that the knowledge about ecology and interest in bio-eco construction is increasing every day.
People tend to think more over natural building materials and healthy, nature-friendly home. Three examples of Slovene bio-eco house are highlighted.
Finally, the Esserhof complex is studied. It is analyzed according all four parameters of planning and the findings suggest that the Esserhof complex fits those demands. As such, the Esserhof complex is a good example of bio-eco house. |
