diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na Osnovni šoli Jožeta Krajca Rakek.
Če so zaposleni zadovoljni, so pripravljeni veliko prispevati, in to zato, ker to hočejo, in ne zato, ker to morajo. Danes se organizacije zelo zavedajo, kako pomembni so zadovoljni zaposleni.
Teoretični del diplomskega dela govori o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih pri delu. Najprej smo opredelili zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in nato predstavili, kateri dejavniki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo. Dejavniki, kateri vplivajo na zadovoljstvo so predvsem organiziranost organizacije in dela, delo, vodenje, komuniciranje med zaposlenimi in med vodstvom ter informiranje zaposlenih, medsebojni odnosi med sodelavci in vodstvom, možnost izobraževanja in strokovnega usposabljanja, motivacija ter nagrajevanje zaposlenih. Opredelili smo tudi, kako merimo zadovoljstvo. Za merjenje zadovoljstva se največkrat uporablja vprašalnik ali pa intervju, možna pa je tudi kombinacija vprašalnika in intervjuja. Nekatere organizacija pa za merjenje uporabljajo tudi lestvico obrazov.
Empirični del diplomskega dela zajema predstavitev Osnovne šole Jožeta Krajca Rakek ter raziskavo, narejeno s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Rezultate smo interpretirali in podali ugotovitve in predloge za izboljšavo.

The purpose of dissertation is to evaluate satisfaction of employees of elementary school Jožeta Krajca Rakek.
Satisfied employees are prepared to contribute quite a lot, not because they had to, but because they want to and nowadays organizations are very well aware of that fact.
In our dissertation, we discussed satisfaction of employees. We assessed the contentment of employees and then presented the variety of aspects that influence it. The most important aspects are: organization of corporation and work, communication among colleagues and between employees and administration, the possibility of additional education, motivation and the system of awarding successful employees. To measure the satisfaction of employees questionnaires and interviews are most commonly used. The combination of both is also possible. Some organizations though might choose to use scale of expressions.
The empirical part of dissertation includes presentation of elementary school Jožeta Krajca Rakek and research based on survey. We interpreted the results, assessed findings and appended some prepositions for improvement. |
