Arhitekturno izvedbeni vidiki: projekt počitniške hiše
diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študijskega programa Arhitektura
Abstract
Diplomsko delo uvodoma obravnava vlogo in pomen počitniških hiš v slovenskem prostoru. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena jeklena montažna gradnja, kot sodoben princip gradnje, pri čemer so izpostavljene njene prednosti in slabosti. V zaključku teoretičnega dela so podani različni arhitekturno zanimivi primeri počitniških hiš z jekleno konstrukcijo.
V drugem sklopu smo napravili arhitekturno izvedbeni projekt počitniške hiše z jekleno konstrukcijo in povečanim deležem steklenih površin, preko katerih je hiša tesno povezana z naravo. Z arhitekturnega stališča je programska zasnova počitniške hiše omejena na manjšo kvadraturo, pri čemer upoštevamo dejstvo, da gre za objekt, ki je naseljen le občasno, hkrati pa zajema vse elemente, ki so potrebni za udobno in sproščeno bivanje. Osrednjo pozornost namenjamo funkcionalni tlorisni zasnovi in izvedbenim konstrukcijskim detajlom. Objekt je predstavljen tudi z arhitekturno vizualizacijo.

| Secondary abstract: | The thesis initially addresses the role and importance of holiday houses in the Slovenian territory. In the continuation the steel prefabricated building as a modern principle of construction is presented. Strengths and weaknesses are exposed. In the theoretical part examples of different architectural interesting holiday houses with steel construction are presented. In the second part, an architectural implementation project of a cottage with steel construction, and an increased proportion of glass surfaces, through which the house is closely associated with nature, was prepared. From an architectural point of view, the cottage design is limited to the minimum square footage, taking into account the fact, that it is a facility that is inhabited only occasionally, but includes at the same time all the elements needed for a comfortable and relaxing living. The main focus is given to the functional ground plan and implemented construction details. The facility is presented also by means of architectural visualization. |
