Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava projekt robotizacije kovaške linije v podjetju Unior d.d. in delno fizično realizacijo. Opisana je obstoječa kovaška linija, delovna mesta, izpostavljena problematika, vzrok robotizacije, izdelan je idejni koncept robotizacije obrezovanja odkovkov, podrobneje je obravnavan razvoj, dimenzioniranje in izdelava manipulatorja, ki služi za strego odkovkov robotu, predstavljena je optimirana postavitev vseh elementov robotizirane linije, opisane so komponente, vključene v robotizaciji. Prikazan je sodobni pristop k načrtovanju robotskih celic s pomočjo CAD modelirnika Catia, ki nam omogoča pregledno in enostavno načrtovanje, simuliranje in dimenzioniranje posameznih komponent robotiziranega sistema. Diplomsko delo služi kot vodilo in pripomoček ob nadaljnjih projektih robotizacije proizvodnih sistemov.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis deals with a forging line robotisation project in the company Unior d.d. and its partial physical realization. The thesis includes the description of the existing forging line, the jobs, the problems, the cause of robotisation, the explanation of trimming of forgings, the detailed description of the development, design and manufacture of the manipulator, used for handling the forgings, the presentation of the optimized layout of all elements of robotic lines and the description of all components included in the robotisation. A modern approach to robot cell design using CAD modeler Catia is presented, which allows us transparent and easy planning, simulation and design of individual components of the robotic system. The diploma thesis serves as a guide and utility of further robotisation projects of production systems.
