Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen problem vpliva gradbiščnih tovornih vozil na cestišča v času izgradnje hidroelektrarne Blanca.
Zaradi gradnje akumulacijskega bazena HE Blanca so bili s povečanim tovornim prometom obremenjeni nekateri odseki, zato diplomska naloga zajema analizo začetnega stanja cestnih ureditev ob pričetku izgradnje HE Blanca in analizo v času po izgradnji HE Blanca.
Uporabljena je razpoložljiva literatura, aktualna zakonodaja in tudi javni podatki, ki so dosegljivi na sedežu Javnega podjetja Infra d.o.o. Postavljena so tudi izbrana izhodišča na podlagi izbranih teorij avtorja Janeza Žmavca.

In my thesis I have explored the impact of construction site vehicles on road surfaces during the construction of the hydroelectric power station Blanca. Due to the construction of the reservoirs, certain road sections had to cope with higher traffic volumes. Therefore I have analysed the road surface condition before and after the construction of hydroelectric power station Blanca.
I have used available sources, current legislation and public data, available at Infra d.o.o. head office. I have also formed particular bases relying on the works of Janez Žmavc. |
