Abstract

Diplomski seminar govori o ERP rešitvah, celovitih informacijskih rešitvah, ki podjetjem omogočajo prilagodljivost, odprtost in konkurenčnost na trgu. Danes so ERP rešitve že nuja vseh podjetij, ki želijo opravljati svojo dejavnost kar se da uspešno in produktivno. V diplomskem seminarju so najprej opisane ERP rešitve na splošno, njihov razvoj, struktura ter prednosti in slabosti, ki jih prinašajo. Nato pa smo se osredotočili na dve ERP rešitvi in sicer Microsoft Dynamics NAV ter Pantheon. V tretjem poglavju je tako podrobno predstavljena Microsoftova ERP rešitev Microsoft Dynamics NAV, v četrtem poglavju pa rešitev ERP slovenskega ponudnika Datalab – Pantheon. Osredotočili smo se tudi na uvajanje teh dveh rešitev. NAV rešitev se uvaja s Sure Step metodologijo, ki smo jo po fazah opisali, Pantheon pa se uvaja po principu projektnega vodenja. Obe rešitvi sta ključnega pomena v podjetju, brez katerih si podjetja ne morejo več predstavljati svojega poslovanja.

Secondary abstract: Graduate seminar talks on ERP solutions, comprehensive information solutions that enables businesses the flexibility, openness and competitiveness in the market. Today, ERP solutions already urge all companies, who wish to pursue their activities, to be efficient and productive. This graduate seminar describes ERP solutions in general, their development, structure, and the advantages and disadvantages they bring. Then we focused on two ERP solutions - Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the Pantheon. The third chapter presents in details Microsoft's ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics NAV and in the fourth chapter ERP solutions from Slovenian provider Datalab - Pantheon. We focused on the introduction of these two solutions. NAV solution is introduced to the Sure Step methodology, which we describe in stages, the Pantheon is introduced according to the principle of project management. Both solutions are critical in the company, without it the company can no longer represent their business.
