Abstract

Diplomsko delo analizira nastanek in ozadje svetovne finančne in gospodarske krize, kompleksnost finančnega trga ter vpliv krize na finančni in realni sektor. Pri tem sem svoje proučevanje usmerila na trg leasinga, kjer sem preučila evropski in slovenski leasing trg in vpliv krize na poslovanje leasing podjetij v Sloveniji in drugih državah EU. Na primeru podjetja X leasing d.o.o. sem analizirala učinke na poslovanje pred izbruhom svetovne finančne in gospodarske krize in po njej.

Secondary abstract: In this diploma thesis I analyse the causes and the background of the global financial and economic crisis, the complexities of the financial market and the impact of the crisis on the financial sector and the real economy. Focusing my research on the leasing market, I analyse the European and the Slovenian leasing market and the impact of the crisis on leasing companies in Slovenia and other EU Member States. Furthermore, on the example of the company X Leasing d.o.o. I analyse the effects on a company's operations before and after the outbreak of the world financial and economic crisis.
