Abstract

Organizacija je način, s pomočjo katerega so ljudje in naloge, katere izvršujejo, sistematično povezane tako, da lahko dosežejo cilje, ki so si jih zastavili. Organizacija vključuje delitev dela med posameznikom in skupino in povezovanje vseh delov v zaokroženo celoto. Dostopno na: [www2.arnes.si/~ljiseztr2/om/zoom.ppt] [24. 4. 2012] V današnjem času se mora uspešna organizacija vseskozi spreminjati in prilagajati hitro spremenljivim tržnim razmeram. Zato trenutno na trgu ne preživijo najboljši, ampak najbolj prilagodljivi. Za uspešno delovanje podjetja sta zelo pomembna dobra organizacija in kader, ki sta ključnega pomena. Skrbno izbran kader, ki je izobražen, izkušen, pripravljen vložiti veliko truda in znanja, ogromno pripomore k uspešni organizaciji. Podjetja, ki si vedno znova zadajajo nove cilje, kar je v organizaciji zelo pomembno, da je uspešna, običajno pozabijo na spremembo v organizaciji. Pomembno je, da vse cilje, ki smo si jih zadali uspešno realiziramo. Naš namen je poleg proučitve teorije predstaviti pomembnost organizacijske strukture. Vsako podjetje bi že ob ustanovitvi moralo skrbno načrtovati podjetju primerno organizacijsko strukturo. Dobra struktura pomeni lažje in hitrejše delovanje podjetja, saj vsi zaposleni v podjetju vedo, kakšne so njihove naloge in obveznosti. Naša naloga je bila, da preučimo teorije različnih avtorjev o organizaciji podjetja in kako na organizacijo podjetja vplivajo notranji in zunanji dejavniki. Preučili smo tudi vrste in oblike organizacijskih struktur, kako le-te vplivajo na uspešnost in učinkovitost organizacije. Vso teorijo smo podkrepili s praktičnim primerom podjetja »Almont«, ki ima natančno načrtovano organizacijsko strukturo. S analizo stanja v podjetju smo dobili celosten vpogled na delovanje zaposlenih v podjetju »Almont«.

Secondary abstract: Organization is a mode, with the help of which people and tasks are systematically connected in a way to achieve set goals. Organization includes a division of work between individuals and a group, connecting all parts into a coherent whole. A successful organization nowadays needs changes in order to adapt to the quickly changing market circumstances. Therefore, it is not the best companies which survive, but the ones which can adapt best to change. To work successfully a company needs to have good organization and personnel which are carefully chosen, educated, experienced, who are ready to put a lot of effort in and have relevant knowledge. It is really important to always have new goals set in order to be successful company. Although companies often forget about changes in the organizational design it is important that companies accomplish set goals. Our purpose is to present, together with the theory, the importance of organizational structure. Every company should think about relevant organizational structure when starting out. Good organizational structure means easier and more efficient company operations, because all employees know what are their tasks and duties. Our task was to analyze different theories about the organization of the company and how internal and external factors affect the organization of the company. We also examined forms of organizational structure, how it affects the success and efficiency of the organizational structure. Besides the theory we did a case study of the company Almont, which has carefully planned an organizational structure. We analyzed the mechanisms inside the company and got an insight into the work of personnel.
