Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je dimenzioniranje konstrukcije pralnika dimnih plinov bloka 6 v Termoelektrarni Šoštanj. V diplomski nalogi smo zasnovali plašč pralnika, ki ima krožen prerez s premerom 20m na spodnjem delu, ter premer 16,2m na zgornjem delu. Pralnik v višino meri 43,3m, debelina plašča pa se po višini spreminja. Zasnovali smo tudi temeljni obroč, ki ga morajo imeti rezervoarji s premerom več kot 12,5m. Plašč je izdelan iz konstrukcijskega jekla kakovosti S235 J0, temeljni obroč pa iz konstrukcijskega jekla kakovosti S355 J2. Določitev obtežb in dimenzioniranje smo izvedli v skladu s standardi za projektiranje konstrukcij SIST EN 1990-1998.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of this diploma work is dimensioning desulphurization facility for unit 6 of Thermal power plant Šoštanj . In this diploma work we designed desulphurisation facility shell, which has circular cross-section with a 20m diameter on the bottom, and a 16,2m diameter on the top. Desulphurization facility measures 43,3m in height, the thickness of the shell varies with height. We also designed base ring, which tanks with a diameter more than 12,5m must have. The shell is made of construction steel in quality S235 J0, base ring is made of construction steel in quality S355 J2. We determined the loads and dimensioning according to SIST EN 1990-1998.
