Abstract

V podjetju Wienerberger se ukvarjajo s proizvodnjo različnih vrst zidakov, katerih osnovni sestavni material predstavlja glina. Transport gline se vrši z različnimi tračnimi transporterji, med katerimi je tudi transporter za odvoz gline iz mlina na končno deponijo. Obravnavana problematika diplomskega dela je drsenje materiala na traku transporterja zaradi velikega nagiba transporterja. V diplomskem delu smo iskali rešitve za preprečitev drsenja materiala, ki bo nastala z načrtovanim povečanjem količine transportirane gline za 30 %. Ker je trenutni transporter predimenzioniran in ker podjetje načrtuje investicije za izboljšanje obstoječega transporterja, smo v diplomski nalogi s pomočjo preračuna zmogljivosti transporterja iskali tehnološko najprimernejšo rešitev transportnega traku. Za najbolj optimalno rešitev pri ohranjeni konstrukciji in pogonskem motorju se je izkazala zamenjava obstoječega traku s trakom z rebri. Taka rešitev se ujema tudi z ekonomsko politiko podjetja, ki teži k temu, da ob zmanjšanih stroških proizvodnje ostane konkurenčna na trgu.

Secondary title: The calculation of belt conveyor for transporting clay
Secondary abstract: The Wienerberger company is engaged in manufacturing various types of bricks, which basic material is clay. The transport of clay is done with different belt conveyors, including the conveyor for the removal of clay from the mill to the final disposal site. The topic of the diploma thesis is slipping material on the conveyor belt, due to the large slope conveyor. In this diploma thesis we look for solutions to prevent slip material that will result from the planned increase in the quantity of transported clay to 30%. Because the current conveyor is oversized and the company is planning investments to improve the existing conveyor, in the diploma thesis we are, with the help of calculation of capacity of the conveyor, looking for the best technological solution to the conveyor belt. The most optimal solution with preserved structure and propulsion engine was the replacement of the belt with belt with ribs. Such a solution also agrees with the economic policy of the company, which tends to order at reduced production costs to remain competitive in the market.
