Abstract

Izvajanje storitev projektiranja je skupek posameznikove sposobnosti, kritičnosti, znanja, prejetih informacij ter časa, ki je za to potreben. Pri tem so pomembne tudi želje investitorja. Najbolj optimalna rešitev, izdelave idejne zasnove, združuje zakonske obveznosti, tehnično izvedljivost, okoljevarstvene pogoje, prostorske ureditvene akte ter najbolj ekonomično izbiro. Želja vsakega investitorja je graditi objekt s čim manjšimi stroški, pri tem pa ne smemo pozabiti na kakovost objekta. Vloga projektanta je, da »ustvari objekt na papirju«, ter da že v idejni zasnovi in idejnem projektu predvidi stroške gradnje. V diplomskem delu je prikazana teoretična podlaga ekonomičnosti pri graditvi objekta. Na podlagi teoretičnih izhodiš smo v empiričnem primeru podali ocenitev ekonomičnosti gradnje iz vidika lokacijskih pogojev.

Secondary abstract: Implementation of planning services is a set of individual skills, criticality, knowledge, information received, and time that is needed to achieve this. The wishes of the investor are relevant as well. The most optimal solution of schematic design in the conceptual stage combines legal requirements, technical feasibility, environmental conditions, spatial regulatory acts and the most economical choice. The wish of every investor is to build a facility at the lowest cost possible while not forgetting the quality of the facility. The role of the designer is to ˝create an object on the paper˝ and to foresee the costs of the building in the schematic design as well as in the preliminary design. The thesis provides the theoretical basis of economy in facility building. Based on the theoretical starting point, the evaluation of economical building from the perspective of location conditions was given in the empirical part.
