Abstract
V diplomskem delu je sprojektiran sistem ogrevanja za proizvodno halo, ki se deli na poslovni in proizvodni del. Objekt je ogrevan z lesno biomaso (lesni peleti). Podane so nekatere splošne zakonitosti o lesni biomasi in ogrevalni tehniki, ki jo podpira. Poslovni del ima klasično radiatorsko ogrevanje, medtem ko za gretje proizvodnega dela skrbijo stropni panelni grelniki. Predstavljena je sestava posameznih konstrukcij objekta. Glede na sestavo konstrukcij objekta in njihovo zunanjo površino so izračunane toplotne izgube, iz katerih sledi izračun toplotnih potreb stavbe. V vseh prostorih objekta so določene toplotne moči ogreval. Celoten sistem ogrevanja je dimenzijsko določen in hidravlično preračunan. Na vseh ogrevalnih vejah so določene ustrezne obtočne črpalke. Dimenzionirana je potrebna velikost zalogovnika za energent. V sklepnem delu je predstavljena primerjava med ogrevanjem z lesnimi peleti in načini ogrevanja na plin oziroma kurilno olje.

Production hall heating with wood biomass |
Secondary abstract: |
The thesis describes a heating system design for a production hall, divided into a business part and a manufacturing part. The building is heated with biomass (wood brickets). Some general laws of wooden biomass are presented along with the heating technology that supports it. The business part uses classic radiator heating, while the production hall is heated by ceiling panel heaters. The compositions of individual building structures are also presented. Heat losses are calculated according to the composition of building structures and their outer surfaces, from which the calculation of the buildings heating demand is calculated. The thermal power of heating is specified for all sections of the building. The entire heating systems piping is dimensioanlly specified and hydraulically calculated. All the heating branches have corresponding circulation pumps. The fuel storage space is also dimesioned. Finally, a comparisson between heating with wooden brickets and gas or fuel oil is made. |
