Abstract

V današnjem času se mora podjetje hitro prilagajati razmeram na trgu in upoštevati želje in predloge kupca, ki ta izdelek uporablja. Zato je za vsako podjetje nujno, da se v čim krajšem času odzove tem predlogom, saj si s le s tem ohranja vodilni položaj na trgu. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen razvoj in preračun pogona diskaste kosilnice. S pomočjo analize lastnih izdelkov in izdelkov konkurenčnih podjetij smo prišli do grobe zasnove pogona kosilnice, ki nam je služil kot osnova za nadaljnji preračun. Pri načrtovanju in preračunu smo si pomagali z 3D modelirnikom SolidWorks in programskim paketom za preračunavanje strojnih elementov KISSoft. Dobljeni rezultati so nam pomagali, da smo lahko izdelali tehniško dokumentacijo in natančno določili vse sestavne elemente pogonskih sklopov.

Secondary abstract: Today, the company has to quickly adapt to market conditions and take into account the wishes and suggestions of customers who use their products. Therefore, it is essential for any company that in the shortest possible time responds to their proposals, because this is the only way to maintain a leading position in the market. Diploma work presents the development of the rotary disc mower drive components. By the analysis of our own products and competitors, we come up with rough concepts of drive for the mower, which has served us for further calculations. In planning and conversion we used SolidWorks software and software package to convert mechanical elements-KISSoft. The result has helped us that we can prepare technical documentation and pinpoint all the components for the power train.
