Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je zasnovati manipulator. Manipulator je namenjen za prenašanje aluminijevih bram na progo tople valjarne. Sedanji prenos bram poteka preko, voza, ki pa ne ustreza varnostnim zahtevam in otežuje nalaganje bram, ker se ob nalaganju konstantno premika. Za zasnovo manipulatorja sem se odločil, ker obstoječa rešitev ni varna, saj na mestu kjer je postavljen ta voz, potekajo vsakodnevna vzdrževalna dela, ter tudi zaradi ekonomičnega vidika, saj sedanja izvedba potrebuje delovno silo v treh delovnih izmenah. Pri konstruiranju manipulatorja sem upošteval navodila proizvajalcev standardnih delov, ker lahko z uporabo le teh izdelamo učinkovito napravo ki ustreza vsem merilom in je stroškovno konkurenčna.

Secondary abstract: The aim of the thesis is to design a manipulator. Manipulator is designed to transmit the aluminium slab on track of rolling mill. The current transfer slab passing through, the cart, but does not meet safety requirements and makes loading slab harder , because when you load ther is a constant shift . For the design of the manipulator, I decided, since the current solution is not safe, because at the point where the cart is positioned, place the daily maintenance work, as well as the economical point of view, since the current version requires worker. , which is operated in three shifts. In constructing the manipulator, I followed the instructions of producers of standard parts, because you can only use these make an effective device that meets all the criteria and is cost competitive.
