Abstract

Diplomska naloga se osredotoča na tehnologijo izdelave nizkoenergijske oz. pasivne hiše v območju tal. Definira pojme kot so klasična, nizkoenergijska ter pasivna gradnja. Obravnava problem toplotnih mostov, njihovo odpravo, podrobneje pojasni postopek termovizije in zrakotesnosti. V nalogi so predstavljeni trije načini izvedbe temeljne plošče nizkoenergijske hiše in izrisani detajli (FibranXPS, Glapor penjeno steklo, Wolf trda polistirenska pena). Narejena je finančna primerjava izvedbe temeljne plošče za vsak način. Za izračune U - vrednosti posameznih gradbenih elementov je uporabljen program Passivhause Projektirungs Paket, ki služi kot osnovno orodje pri projektiranju nizkoenergijskih hiš.

Secondary abstract: The graduation thesis focuses on the technology of building a low-energy house or passive house on the ground area. It defines concepts like classic, low-energy, and passive building. It approaches issues related to thermal bridges and how to resolve them, and provides a detailed explanation of the thermo vision and air-tightness processes. The thesis presents three ways of bedplate implementation for a low-energy house and the drawing of details (FibranXPS, Glapor foam glass, Wolf hard polystyrene foam). A financial comparison of the foundation plate implementation for each way was also carried out. For the calculation of U-values of individual construction elements, the Passivhause Projektirungs Paket software was used which serves as a basic tool for designing low-energy houses.
