Primerjava časovnih analiz z metodo REFA in Work-Factor

Abstract

Diplomska naloga zajema normativne čase za izbrane operacije. Čase zajamemo s kronometrom ter jih ovrednotimo po metodi REFA. Za iste delovne operacije opravimo normativne čase še po Work-Factor hitrem postopku. Dobljene rezultate ovrednotimo, ugotovimo odstopanja ter jih komentiramo. Pozorni smo na dodatne čase. Ocenimo uporabnost obeh metod, njune prednosti in slabosti.

Secondary abstract:	In the theme we subscribed captures of time norms for choosen work operations. With REFA methodology we capture work time with stopwatch. For the same work operation we do time norms with Work-Factor quick start, which is a software program. After we finished analysis, we compare both methods. We take care about extra time meanwhile working. We exposed benefits and disadvantages of methodology.
