Abstract

V diplomskem delu sem podrobneje predstavil vrednostni menedžment v storitveni dejavnosti. Poudarek je na planu dela in opisu posameznih faz plana dela. Podal sem najpomembnejše tehnike za dosego večje vrednosti proizvoda. Izvedel sem tudi anketo s katero sem dobil vpogled v razširjenost uporabe vrednostne analize v malih in srednje velikih podjetjih na območju Avstrije. S tem diplomskim delom sem želel prispevati k boljšemu razumevanju in povečanju interesa uporabe vrednostne analize v malih in srednje velikih podjetjih.

Secondary abstract:	In this thesis I have presented in details value management in the service industry. I have put the emphasis on job plan and description of every single phase in job plan. By providing the most used techniques I have illustrated ways to increase the value of products. I have conducted a survey which purpose was to figure out the prevalence of value management usage in small and medium-sized enterprises in Austria. With this thesis I want to contribute to better understanding and increased interest in using value analysis in small and medium-sized enterprises.
