Abstract

Kultura je nabor ključnih vrednot, prepričanj, predpostavk, razumevanj in norm, ki določajo način obnašanja in odzivanja zaposlenih ter oblikujejo način obnašanja, odzivanja zaposlenih in način delovanja nekega podjetja. Zelo pomembno je, da nam v podjetju uspe organizirati dobro kulturo, ker smo potem zagotovo korak bližje k uspehu in zagotovljeni lepši prihodnosti.

Secondary abstract: Company's culture is a collection of key values, convictions, suppositions, understandings and norms which define the way of employees' behaviour and responding. They furthermore form the way of employees' behaviour and response but also the manner of some company's operation. What is very important is the ability to organize a good culture in a company because then we are certainly a step nearer to success and assured nicer future.
