Abstract

Diplomsko delo opisuje celoten postopek izdelave orodja, od samega začetka proizvodnje do preizkusa orodja in pridobitve končnih želenih vzorcev. V delu so opisani tehnologije in delovni stroji, ki so potrebni za izdelavo, preizkus in kasnejše izdelovanje orodja za brizganje plastičnih mas. Izdelek je za v nadaljnjem besedilu omenjeno podjetje zanimiv, saj je celotno orodje izdelano in preizkušeno na lastnih strojih, kjer pozneje poteka tudi izdelava kosov.

Secondary abstract: The thesis describes the entire process of making tool since the beginning of the production to the test of the tool and obtaining the final desired patterns. In the work are described the technology and machinery that are required for the manufacture, test and subsequent production of tools for plastic injection molding. The product hereinafter mentioned company is interesting because the whole tool is manufactured and tested on own machines, which later also takes the production of making parts.
