Abstract

Predmet obravnave idejne naloge je analiza prometne varnosti križišča znotraj naselja. Analiza prometne varnosti križišča se izvede po dokumentu »Smernica za pregledovanje varnosti cest«, ki ga je pripravila Javna agencija Republike Slovenije za varnost prometa. Praktični del idejne naloge predstavlja rekonstrukcijo križišča nedovoljene oblike v projektno-tehnično ustrezno in prometno-varno križišče. Za potrebe rekonstrukcije je bila opravljena analiza obstoječega stanja v križišču, analiza prometne varnosti, analiza horizontalnih in vertikalnih elementov, analiza preglednosti, analiza vozne površine, analiza prometne signalizacije in prometne opreme, opazovanje prometa in skrite meritve hitrosti, analiza prepustnosti obstoječega stanja danes in na koncu planske dobe.

Secondary abstract: The subject of this project work is traffic safety analysis of intersections in the urban areas. A traffic safety analysis of intersections shall be carried out according to the Road Safety Inspection – RSI system. The practical part of the project work introduces a reconstruction of an intersection of forbidden shape in a project-technically appropriate and traffic-safety intersection. For the purposes of reconstruction the following steps were taken : analysis of the existing situation in the intersection, traffic safety analysis, analysis of horizontal and vertical elements, visibility analysis, analysis of the running surface, analysis of traffic signals and traffic equipment, hidden speed measurement, capacity analysis of the current situation today and at the end of the planning period.
