Abstract

Nizkoenergijska gradnja je energijsko varčna z nizkimi stroški porabe. Toplotna zaščita objektov zniža količino energijskih izgub in potrebno energijo za ogrevanje. Učinkovita raba je odvisna od načina projektiranja in uporabe poznanih materialov, sistemov in tehnologije. V diplomskem delu so primerjani različni tipi nizkoenergijske gradnje, opisani so sistemi učinkovite gradnje in primerjava pasivne z nizkoenergijsko gradnjo. Izvedeni so izračuni in primerjave energijskih izgub, dobitkov, ter potrebnih energij za ogrevanje posameznih objektov. Izračuni so primerjani z meritvami, te nam podajo primerjavo predvidenih vrednosti. Ugotovili smo, da je pasivna izgradnja veliko varčnejša od nizkoenergijske, in da meritve ne odstopajo veliko od izračunov.

Secondary abstract: Low-energy house achieves lower energy use and lower costs than a regular one. Thermal protection of buildings reduces the amount of energy losses and the energy required for heating. Efective use can be achieved by well thought out design and proper use of known materials, systems and technologies. The diploma work compares different types of low-energy buildings, describes systems of efficient construction and comparison between passive and low-energy house. We performed calculations and comparisons of energy losses, gains and energy required for heating an individual building. We also compared calculations with measurements, which offer us a comparison of foreseen values. We found out that passive construction is much more sparing from low-energy construction and that by comparison measurments are simmilar to previous calculations.
