Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno konstruiranje nosilca za vpetje viseče mreže. Nosilec bo omogočal vpetje viseče mreže tam, kjer nimamo na voljo dveh fiksnih mest vpetja, ampak imamo na voljo samo raven zid. V prvem delu diplomske naloge so predstavljeni okvirji, predvidene obremenitve, velikost nosilca in zahteve za dimenzioniranje nosilca. V diplomski nalogi smo navedli nekaj konceptnih variant nosilca iz katerih smo po konstrukterski evalvaciji izbrali najprimernejšo. Za tem sledi dimenzioniranje izbranega nosilca in njegovih sestavnih delov. Temu sledi modeliranje nosilca s pomočjo CAD programske opreme, SolidWorks in statičen preračun nosilca po metodi MKE. Pri konstruiranju samega nosilca je poudarek na izbiri elementov iz katerih je nosilec izdelan, najugodnejše je pri konstruiranju nosilca uporabiti čim več elementov standardnih dimenzij, kar ima veliki vpliv na hitrost izdelave in posledično na samo ceno. Rezultat diplomske naloge je podrobno izdelana tehnična dokumentacija nosilca viseče mreže.

Designing of hammock holder |
Secondary abstract: |
In thesis is described procedure of designing hammock holder. The holder will allow us to set up the hammock where we don't have possibility of two fixed places, but we have just wall as an option. In the first part of thesis are described all approximate dimensions and forces which are acting on our hammock holder, that we could use later on in designing. In thesis we have indicated a few different concepts, each of them we later evaluate and then select the one that fits the best. Afterwards follows dimensioning of the each part of our holder. Next step is to make a 3D model with software SolidWorks and beside that we will make static simulation of our parts. In designing of single parts, we focus on selection of elements from which the parts are made, we base on that to use as many standard elements as possible, which have a great impact on the speed of production and consequently on the actual price. The result of this thesis is a detailed technical documentation of designed hammock holder. |
