Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je bil zmanjšati čas menjave na rezilnem delu linije in zamenjati zastarelo podajalno enoto z novejšo in bolj zanesljivo. Trenutno se za transport pločevine uporabljajo štirje vlečni valji. Slabost je ta, da imajo valji različne izhodne smeri in tako posledično prihaja do zamika pločevine in krivega vhoda v profilirno postajo. Med menjavo tipov je potrebno pozicije vlečnih valjev spreminjati, kar direktno vpliva na čas menjave. Vse štiri vlečne valje smo zamenjali s tremi jermenskimi trakovi, ki so gnani preko elektromotorja. Po celotni dolžini jermenov sem vgradil magnete, in tako zagotovil dober oprijem pločevine z jermenom. Za pravilen vstop pločevine v profilirno postajo, pa smo uporabili fiksno in dinamično vodilo. Vse nadgradnje smo priključili na obstoječe elektroinštalacije in jih integrirali v obstoječ proizvodnji program. Pri delu sem uporabljal program za 3D modeliranje Pro Engineer.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of this diploma work was to reduce the time change of the cutting line and to replace the old fashion assisting line with newer and more reliable. Currently there are four traction rolls using for transporting the plate. The disadvantage is that the cylinders have different output directions, consequently, the sheets are transported into a profile line at wrong directions. During changing the types it is also necessary to change the position of traction rollers, which directly affects the time of change. All four traction rollers were replaced with three belt straps which are driven by electric motor. The magnets were installed along the entire length of stripes in order to ensure good grip to metal sheet. We use fixed and dynamic lead to ensure the correct entry of metal sheets into a profile line. All upgrades were connected to the existing electrical installations and integrated into existing production program. I was using 3D modeling program for work.
