Abstract

V slovenskem prostoru prevladuje enostanovanjska gradnja s potrebo po trajnostni prenovi in z zadostnimi prostorskimi kapacitetami za nove programske vsebine. Diplomsko delo obravnava trajnostno prenovo domače družinske hiše iz 90. let v funkcionalen, arhitekturno kakovostni dvostanovanjski objekt, z nizko porabo energije. Dvostanovanjska programska vsebina prenove je v diplomskem delu utemeljena z analizo stanovanjske problematike v Sloveniji ter s teoretičnimi izhodišči, s poudarkom na trajnostnih vidikih. V nadaljevanju naloge sledijo posnetek obstoječega stanja hiše, koncept prenove in izvedba prenove.

Secondary abstract:	In Slovenia there is a majority of single-family houses with the need for sustainable renovation and sufficient spatial capacities for new living units. The diploma thesis deals with the sustainable renovation of a single family house from the 90s in a functional two apartment building with an architectural quality and low energy consumption. The sustainable renewal of own single-family house is based on the conclusions of analysing housing situation in Slovenia and on the theoretical basis where sustainable aspects are emphasised. Furthermore, the current state of a house in question is presented, followed by the conceptual design and the final renewal.
