Abstract

V današnjem času je zelo pomembna kvaliteta izdelka in zadovoljstvo kupcev, zato smo se v podjetju ARCONT d.d. odločili, da izvedemo rekonstrukcijo stenskih elementov bivalnega kontejnerja. Glavni razlog za rekonstrukcijo je vdiranje vode ob velikih nalivih ali obilnem sneženju. Prav tako se na spodnjem stičnem mestu PU-elementa z osnovo bivalne enote pojavlja toplotni most. Ker je dosedanja rešitev stika PU-elementa sestavljena iz dveh Z-profilov, ki se sestavita pred namestitvijo PU-elementa, nam posledično montaža povzroča dodatne stroške. Z rekonstrukcijo PU-elementa je bilo potrebno poiskati obliko spodnjega profila, ki bo preprečevala vdor vode in z uporabo dodatnih tesnil onemogočila izgubo toplote. Prav tako je pomembno, da oblika stika omogoči hitrejšo montažo PU-elementa. Pri iskanju rešitev smo uporabljali metodo ˮbrainstormingˮ. Vsako montažno rešitev smo praktično testirali. V diplomski nalogi je prikazan celoten potek rekonstrukcije stenskega elementa.

Secondary title: The reconstruction of dwelling containers´ wall elements in Arcont Company
Secondary abstract: Nowadays, product quality and customer satisfaction are a priority. Therefore, ARCONT d.d. made alterations to the wall panels. This decision was prompted by water ingress during downpours and heavy snowing. A formation of heat bridge at the joint between the base of the housing unit and the PU-element was also of concern. The current solution of the PU-element joint issue involves using two Z-shaped profiles which require preassembly prior to the instalment of the PU-element. This, however, causes additional expenses to the overall assembly. Altering the PU-element meant finding a bottom profile with such a shape that would prevent the ingress of water. To avoid heat loss, additional seals had to be used. It was of importance that the shape of the joint would enable faster PU-element assembly. We gathered solution ideas by brainstorming. Each assembly suggestion was then field-tested. This thesis shows the process of wall panel alteration from start to finish.
