Oblikovanje delovnega mesta izdelave "vrat Combi" z upoštevanjem antropometrije

Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja preučitev proizvodnega procesa v podjetju Gorenje d. d. - obrat Mekom. Pri proizvodnji vrat Combi za vitrinske hladilnike so se pokazale ergonomske pomankljivosti. Na delovnih mestih je veliko neprimernega gibanja in ročnega prenašanja srednjetežkih izdelkov. Z optimizacijo - dodelavo, prerazporeditvijo in preoblikovanjem je moč doseči predvsem boljše pogoje dela in zmanjšanje naporov. To posledično vpliva na kakovost, produktivnost in dolgoročno tudi na stroške. Pri preučevanju je bistvena metoda mojega dela metoda opazovanja (natančno opredeljeni predmet, sistematično opazovanje, natančni in preverljivi zapisi). Med rezultati dela se pojavijo rešitve, kot so namestitev dvižnih vozičkov, miz in šablon, sprejemljivih za delavce, sam proces in tudi amortizacijo le-tega. Pri posameznih delovnih postajah se pokaže izboljšanje delovnega mesta za 30 %.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma work represents examination of the manufacturing process in the company Gorenje d.d. – plant Mekom. In the production of door Combi for showcase refrigerators are displayed ergonomic deficiencies. In the work place are a lot of inappropriate movements and manual transfer’s medium heavy products. By optimizing – rework, redeployment, transformation can be achieved better working conditions and reduce the effort. That has an impact on quality, productivity and long term costs. The essential method of my examination is method of observation (well defined object, systematic observation, accurate and verifiable records). Among the results of the work appear different solutions, such as the the installation of lifting trolleys, tables, templates, that are acceptable for workers, the process itself and the depreciations of it. In individual work stations is shown an improved workplace for 30 %.
