Abstract
Namen diplomske naloge je skonstruirati voziček za transport in manipulacijo naprave za meritev zaostalih napetosti, ki bo funkcionalen, varen, lahek oz. enostaven za uporabo in katerega izdelava bo ekonomsko upravičena.
Pogoji proizvodnje narekujejo, da je potrebno izvesti meritve na večjih kosih gredi in vzmeti na samem stroju med obdelavo. Zaradi tega je potrebno omogočiti transport sistema do samega elementa in opraviti celotno meritev zaostalih napetosti.
Pri konstruiranju so bile upoštevane vse omejitve glede načina izvajanja meritev kot tudi specifika podjetja (transportne poti, oddaljenost elementa, robni pogoji meritve) in hkrati vse podane zahteve, ki sem jih pridobil neposredno na mestu dela. Ob določenih problemih, sem se za nasvet in pomoč obrnil tudi na mentorja v podjetju in neposredno na delavca, ki z rentgensko napravo upravlja.
Izdelek, konstrukcija vozička ustreza zahtevam, ki so bile podane:
je ekonomsko upravičen, je lahek za sestavo in prenos, varen za uporabo in enostaven za manipuliranje in vzdrževanje, da pa se tudi dograditi.

Design of vehicle of residual stress measurement device |
Secondary abstract: |
The purpose of this work is to construct a vehicle (trolley) for transport and handling equipment for the measurement of residual stress, which will be functional, safe, light and easy to use and of which production will be economically justified.
Production conditions dictate that it is necessary to carry out measurements on larger pieces of shafts and springs at the machine during the process. For this reason, it is necessary to enable the transport of the system to the element itself and carry out a full measurement of residual stress.
In the process of designing all the restrictions of implementation measurement were taken into account as well as specifics of the company (transport routes, distance to the element, boundary conditions of the measurement) and at the same time all the request, which I obtained directly at the place of work. On certain problems, I turned for advice and help to my mentor within the company and directly to the worker, who operates with the X-ray.
The finished product meets all the requirements of design that have been made:
it is economically justified, it is easy to assemble and transfer, safe to use, easy to manipulate and maintain and it can also be upgraded. |
