Abstract
Konflikti so prisotni v našem vsakdanjem življenju. Vsak dan slišimo, beremo in se
pogovarjamo o konfliktih med političnimi strankami, družinskimi člani, podjetji. Nobena
izjema pa niso niti konflikti na delovnem mestu v organizaciji. Pogosto se jih branimo, saj
imajo konflikti negativen pred zvok, v diplomski nalogi pa smo se naučili in predstavili
tudi pozitivne lastnosti konfliktov, ki so koristni za razvoj podjetja.
Vzrok za nastanek konfliktov je lahko naša nepripravljenost na spremembe ali pa tudi
način upravljanja podjetja, ki je neprilagodljiv za nove izzive okolja. V praksi ni podjetja
kjer ne bi bili prisotni konflikti. Podjetje, ki trdi, da znotraj njega ni konfliktov živi v
iluziji.
Konflikte je potrebno reševati in ne bežati pred njimi, kajti v tem primeru se lahko situacija
samo poglobi in poslabša. Za uspešno reševanje konflikta je potrebno poznati njegov izvor,
nato pa se lahko lotimo reševanja le-tega. V podjetju je veliko vzrokov, ki lahko privedejo
do nastanka konfliktov, kot so preobremenjenost z delom, prenizka plača, različni cilji in
interesi zaposlenih, zato je potrebno vzpostaviti dobro vodstvo in organizacijo, ki mora
uspešno upravljati z nastalimi konflikti.

Conflicts are present in our daily lives. Every day we hear, read and talk about the conflict
between the political parties, family members, companies. No exception are neither
conflict in the workplace in the organization. Often they are defended, because they
sounds negative. In the thesis we have learned and presented the positive characteristics of
conflict, which are useful for the development of the company.
Cause of conflict, it is our reluctance to change, or the method of enterprise management,
which is inflexible to new environmental challenges. In practice, there is no company
without conflicts. The company, which claims that there is no conflict within him live in
illusion.
Conflicts need to be addressed and not run from them, because in this case, the situation
may only deepen and worsen. To successfully deal with conflict is necessary to know its
origin, then we can start to solve it. The company has many causes that can lead to the
emergence of conflict, such as work overload, low pay, different objectives and interests of
the employees, it is necessary to establish good leadership and organization must
successfully manage the resulting conflicts. |
