Abstract

FZG preskuševališče je naprava, s pomočjo katere določamo mehanske lastnosti materialov, ki se uporabljajo v zobniških gonilih. Magistrsko delo obravnava projektiranje in konstruiranje sestavnih delov naprave. V prvem delu je predstavljen razvoj mehanskih lastnosti zobnikov in trenutno stanje s področja ustreznosti materialov. Slednje je bilo povod za izdelavo omenjene naprave. Sledi predstavitev najpogostejših poškodb, ki so ključnega pomena pri obratovanju zobniškega gonila, in njihovo ovrednotenje z računskim modelom. V nadaljevanju je predstavljeno FZG preskuševališče po standardih DIN 51 345 in SIST ISO CD 14635-1 ter konstrukcijska zasnova preskuševališča, ki smo ga izdelali. V zadnjem delu je prikazan preračun ustreznosti zasnovanih gredi in izbira ležajev, elektromotorja, grednih vezi, merilcev momenta ter ostalih komponent.

Secondary title: Dimensioning and design of testing device for testing gears
Secondary abstract: FZG test rig is a device by which the mechanical properties of materials used in driving gears are determined. Master thesis deals with the design and construction of device's components. The first part presents the development of mechanical properties of gears and current situation in the field of suitability of materials. This was the reason for development of mentioned device. Further follows the presentation of the most common failures, which are crucial in the operation of driving gears and their evaluation using calculation model. It is continued with presentation of FZG test rig according to DIN 51 345 and SIST ISO CD 14635-1 standards and construction of the designed device which was developed. The last section shows the calculation of designed shaft and the choice of bearings, electromotor, couplings, torque gauges and other components.
