Abstract

Magistrsko delo se navezuje na konkretne težave, ki se pojavljajo v starejših podjetjih, pri katerih so postopki in tehnologija nekoliko zastareli ter bi jih bilo potrebno posodobiti ali zamenjati. Takšne posodobitve so zelo težko izvedljive, tako kadrovsko kot stroškovno, vendar so v določenih primerih skoraj nujne za obstoj in uspešno delovanje podjetij. V nalogi je najprej predstavljen splošen opis podjetja, na katerega se navezuje tema. Predstavljene so težave, ki se pojavljajo in jih želimo odpraviti. V nadaljevanju sta prikazana oba primera izdelave orodja, tako sedanji kot tudi zamisel novega postopka. Predstavljena je tudi RIP tehnologija, katere so njene prednosti, zahteve in spremembe. In na koncu se nahaja še sklep, do katerega smo prišli skozi celotno delo.

Secondary title: Impact of solid modelling on computer integrated manufacturing
Secondary abstract: My master's thesis applies on concrete problems of older companies, where the procedures and technologies are out of date and should be replaced or at least upgraded. This modernization is hard to perform from the point of view of expenses and personnel, but in most cases they are mandatory for productivity and existence of companies. In my thesis I start with a standard description of the company my topic relates to: I have presented certain problems that occur and should be eliminated. Later I presented both examples of tool manufacture, the existing one and the idea of a new procedure. RIP technology with its benefits, demands and required changes is also presented. I have finished with a conclusion, reached throughout my thesis.
