Abstract

V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni postopki izdelave plašča vrat blagajne Starpim. Ti zajemajo konstruiranje tridimenzionalnega modela in izdelavo tehniškega načrta s CAD/CAM programskim orodjem Pro/ENGINEER, razrez pločevine na CNC laserskem rezalnem stroju in upogibanje na CNC upogibalnem stroju. V diplomskem delu je bil z upogibalnimi preizkusi vzorčnih profilov kar najbolj natančno določen koeficient upogibanja K za toplo valjano pločevino kvalitete S235JR-N, debeline 3 mm. S tem bo v nadaljnje moč zagotoviti lažje doseganje predpisanih dimenzijskih toleranc med postopkom upogibanja plašča vrat. Z upogibalnimi preizkusi vzorčnih profilov se je preverilo tudi elastično zravnavanje navedenega materiala med upogibanjem.

Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis introduces the manufacturing processes of the door housing for the Starpim security safe. These processes include the designing of a three-dimensional model and making a technical drawing with CAD/CAM programing tool Pro/ENGINEER, cutting sheet metal with CNC laser cutting machine and bending sheet metal with CNC bending machine. The bending tests, in this diploma thesis, on the profile samples have determined, as precise as possible, the bend parameter K for the hot-rolled sheet that is of the S235JR-N quality and 3 mm thick. This will ensure (in the future) an easier achievement of the required dimension tolerance when bending the door coating. With bending tests was also checked the springback of hot roled material between bending process.
