Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali odnos države do deficitarnih poklicev. Zanimalo nas je, kakšen odnos ima država do deficitarnih poklicev in hkrati smo primerjali podatke z državo Turčijo. Ker vsi vemo, kako je dandanes težko dobiti poklic po končani izobrazbi, smo se odločili, da naredimo korak naprej v tej raziskavi in primerjamo ugotovljene podatke z drugo državo (Turčijo), ki ravno v tem času doživlja ekonomski razcvet v gospodarstvu. Glede na dano situacijo smo v naši državi ugotavljali, kaj si o vsem tem mislijo mladi ter kje in kako se vidijo v prihodnosti glede zaposlitve.

In this thesis we address the State's approach to the shortage occupations. We wanted to know what kind of relationship the country has to skill shortages and also compared the data with the country of Turkey. Because we all know how difficult it is nowadays to get a profession after obtaining the qualifications we decided to take a step forward in this study and compare the observed data with another country (Turkey), which just at this time is experiencing an economic boom in its economy. At the same time we are determined according to the given situation in our country, what our young population thinks about it all, and where and how they see the future of employment. |
