Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo izvedli ekstrakcijo olja iz semen industrijske konoplje z zgoščenimi plini in konvencionalnimi topili. Namen diplomske naloge je bil raziskati vpliv različnih ekstrakcijskih tehnik na izkoristek ekstrakcije ter vsebnosti maščobnih kislin v konopljinem olju. Superkritične ekstrakcije smo izvedli z zgoščenima plinoma propan ter ogljikov dioksid pri konstantnih temperaturah (50 in 70 °C) ter konstantnih tlakih (200, 300, 480 bar). Ekstrakcije s konvencionalnimi topili smo izvedli po metodi ekstrakcije po Soxhletu (z etanolom, heksanom in petroletrom), ekstrakciji z etanolom pri povišanih tlakih (100 in 200 bar) ter ultrazvokom. Raziskali smo vsebnost maščobnih kislin v konopljinem olju. Analizo vzorcev smo opravili s plinsko kromatografijo.

Secondary title: Extraction of hempseed oil with dense gases and conventional solvents
Secondary abstract: In our diploma thesis we performed an extraction of hempseed oil from the seeds of industrial hemp with dense gases and conventional solvents. The intention of the diploma thesis was to research the influence of different extraction techniques on the amount of extraction and on the fatty acids content in hempseed oil. Supercritical extractions were carried out with dense gases propane and carbon dioxide at constant temperatures (50 and 70°C) and at constant pressures (200, 300, 480 bar). Extractions with conventional solvents were carried out according to extraction method with Soxhlet extraction (with ethanol, hexane and petroleum ether), extractions with ethanol were carried out at increased pressures (100 and 200 bar) and with ultrasound. We researched the fatty acids content in hempseed oil. Sample analysis was carried out with gas chromatography.
