Secondary abstract: | Master thesis covers the creation of the kinematic model of CNC lathe GF NDM16 and inserting it into postprocessor of CAM program. In the theoretical part are presented simulations of CNC machine tools and postprocessors in modern CAM programs. In the experimental part is presented the design of 3D model of the machine tool GF NDM16. It is described the modelling of the machine and a creation of kinematic model. Step by step is described the inserting of the machine model in the CAM program and settings of the postprocessor. There is explained the course of the testing machine model, the selection of the suitable workpiece, the procedure of choosing tools and also the operations for workpiece production. At the end it is described machine tool simulation with intention of detecting and eliminating collisions. Constructed model was also tested on the machine. In this way we ensured that the machine model corresponded to the reality. |
