Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sem prikazal problem načrtovanja izgradnje omrežja digitalne televizije. Najprej sem predstavil zgradbo RTV Slovenija ter zgodovino radiodifuzijskega oddajanja. Opisal sem delovanje in naloge organizacijske enote Oddajniki in zveze. Nadaljeval sem s predstavitvijo digitalnega televizijskega omrežja ter različnih ABC analiz le-tega. Zaključil sem z optimalno razporeditvijo delovnih nalogov za izgradnjo omrežja. Pri izračunu ABC analize števila gledalcev posameznih sistemov sem pridobil podatke, ki so uporabni pri načrtovanju velikosti antenskih sistemov in njihovem nadzoru. Za določitev hrbtenice mikrovalovnih povezav sem uporabil ABC analizo TX povezav. S pomočjo teh podatkov se določijo tudi prioritete pri odpravi okvar več povezav hkrati. ABC analizo TX antenskih sistemov sem potreboval za določitev odstotnega števila pokritosti gledalcev s signalom TX antenskega sistema, ki sem ga sešteval pri načrtovanju izgradnje omrežja. Ugotovil sem, da je nalogo 95 % pokrivanja možno doseči v 40 delovnih dneh.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the issue of planning the construction of a digital television network. It first describes the structure of Radio-television Slovenia (RTV Slovenia) and the history of broadcasting. Furthermore, it provides insight into the functioning and tasks of the Department of Transmitters and Communications and presents the digital television network as well as various ABC analyses of the network. The thesis concludes by offering an optimal arrangement of work orders for the construction of the network. ABC analysis of the number of viewers of an individual system delivered useful information for planning the size and control of the antenna system. We conducted an ABC analysis of TX connections in order to determine microwave backbone links. The results contributed to determining the priorities when troubleshooting several connection problems at the same time. The ABC analysis of TX connections was necessary for defining the percentage of signal coverage of each TX antenna system and thus calculating the coverage of the entire system. We established that 95 % coverage could be attained in 40 business days.
