Abstract
V magistrskem delu je predstavljena metodologija za napoved odzivnosti uporabnikov sistema "Park&Ride", ki podaja verjetnost izbire tega sistema na osnovi logistične distribucije oz. t.i. binarnega logit modela. Ciljne skupine raziskave za tovrstna potovanja so vozniki osebnih avtomobilov in njihovi spremljevalci, katerih delovna mesta se nahajajo v mestnem središču. Predstavljeni in izračunani so elementarni dejavniki izbire med dvema ponujenima možnostma, t. j. osebni avtomobil ali "Park&Ride". Njuno medsebojno povezanost lahko najenostavneje izrazimo s pomočjo t. i. generaliziranega stroška, ki smo ga izračunali in prikazali v modelu, ki napoveduje odzivnost uporabe obeh ponujenih možnosti. V raziskavi smo se omejili na manjša in deloma srednje velika mesta, saj je vse več polemik, kakoveliko mora biti mesto, da je smiselna uvedba sistema "Park&Ride". Ne glede na velikost mesta se je potrebno zavedati, da "Park&Ride" celovito ne rešuje prometne problematike v mestnih središčih, kljub vsemu pa lahko prispeva pomemben del pri reševanju le-te.

The master's thesis shows the presentation of methodology of response prediction of 'Park & Ride' system users, based on the logistic distribution or a binary logit model. The target groups in this research are car drivers and their fellow passengers, whose jobs are located in the city centre i.e. Central Business District. The elementary factors of choice are presented and calculated between two alternatives, i.e. a passenger car and P&R. If we take into consideration that the main aim of car drivers is to come as quickly as possible to their working place and in the process spend as little as possible, the positive response of the 'Park&Ride' users can be found in the time and economic component. The interaction between those two components can be expressed through so called generalized cost. We have calculated and displayed the generalized cost in a model that predicts the usage response of both options. We have limited our research on smaller and medium sized cities, because there are more and more questions about how big a city should be in order to still make sense to introduce the 'Park&Ride' system. We have to realize that 'Park&Ride' does not solve traffic problems in the city centres entirely, although it can contribute an important part in solving them. |
