Abstract
Magistrsko delo obravnava realen problem iz Skupine Gorenje, natančneje s področja spremljanja in nadzora razvojnih projektov. Skupino Gorenje tvorijo ob podjetju Gorenje d.d. (Velenje, Slovenija) še tri večja mednarodna podjetja Atag (Nizozemska), Mora Moravia (Češka) in Asko (Švedska). Poleg naštetih pa so v Skupino vključene še številne druge manjše družbe. Trenutno v vseh naštetih podjetjih nimajo enotnega enostranskega modela za spremljanje in nadzor razvojnih projektov za vsa podjetja, v nekaterih takšen model sploh ne obstaja. V prihodnosti nameravajo v podjetju vzpostaviti drugačen organizacijski model, po katerem bo odgovorna oseba iz matičnega podjetja imela možnost neposrednega in bolj učinkovitega spremljanja in nadziranja vseh projektov razvoja izdelkov na ravni Skupine Gorenje v vseh fazah projektov. Iz tega izhaja glavni cilj magistrskega dela, ki je bil, da zasnujemo nov model za spremljanje in nadzor razvojnih projektov, ki bo v prihodnje integriran v vsa podjetja Skupine Gorenje. Pred pričetkom snovanja novega modela smo dobro analizirali obstoječe modele, iz katerih je bilo moč dobiti dosti uporabnih podatkov. Na drugi strani pa je pred začetkom snovanja izrazil svoje želje in zahteve tudi naročnik (izvršni direktor za področje razvoja v Gorenje, d.d.). Med ostalimi zahtevami bi na tem mestu izpostavili to, da je moral biti novi model zasnovan v Microsoft Excelu in imeti možnost integracije na portal Gorenja, ki so ga zasnovali v Microsoft SharePoint.
Rezultat magistrskega dela je novi model za spremljanje in nadzor razvojnih projektov, ki je v celoti zasnovan v angleškem jeziku, zaradi mednarodnega delovanja Skupine Gorenje. Posledično je tudi ime modela v angleškem jeziku, in sicer se imenuje Gorenje Group Project Status Report (GGPSR).

Development of a model for central control and monitoring of development projects in Gorenje Group |
Secondary abstract: |
This master´s thesis deals with an actual problem of Gorenje Group, focusing on the field of monitoring and controlling of development projects. Besides Gorenje Group headquarters Gorenje, d.d., there are three major international companies, namely Atag (Netherlands), Mora Moravia (Czech Republic) and Asko (Sweden). There are also other smaller companies in Gorenje Group. At the moment the companies mentioned above do not have a unified one-sided model for monitoring and controlling of development projects. In some of these companies such model does not even exist. In the future they want to establish a different organizational model in which the responsible person will be from the parent company and the same person will have the possibility for direct and more effective monitoring and controlling of all product development projects at the level of the Group in all phases of these projects. The problem described has inspired the main goal of the master's thesis, namely to design a new model for monitoring and controlling of development projects. This model will be integrated into all companies in the Group. Before we started with the design of the new model, we analysed already existing models, which provided us with a lot of useful information. On the other hand, we conducted an interview with the contracting authority (the executive director for development in Gorenje, d.d.) that had the possibility to express its wishes and requirements before the designing process began. One of the requirements which we would like to mention here was that the new model should be designed in Microsoft Excel, in order to make the integration into the Gorenje portal, which was designed in Microsoft SharePoint, possible.
The result of this master's thesis is a new model for monitoring of projects, which is designed entirely in English because Gorenje Group operates internationally. Due to this reason, the name of the model is in English language. The model is called Gorenje Group Project Status Report (GGPSR). |
