Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava razvoj avtomatiziranega procesa varjenja avtomobilskega dela v robotski celici. V uvodnih točkah je predstavljena zamisel o izdelavi varilne priprave. Sledi opis izdelka in zahtevnik, podan s strani podjetja VAR d.o.o. in naročnika avtomobilskih delov. Osrednja tema diplomskega dela se nanaša na področje konstruiranja in varjenja. Zajema predstavitev tehnološke opreme za varjenje, osnove o točkovnem varjenju ter opis ročnega in avtomatiziranega procesa varjenja. Nadalje so prikazani postopki načrtovanja varilne priprave in ostalih elementov, potrebnih za razvoj avtomatizacije. Prav tako so prikazani še virtualni modeli posameznih komponent in predstavitev končnega izdelka. Z razvojem avtomatizacije želimo doseči nižje izdelovalne čase in proizvodne stroške, ter večjo natančnost in kvaliteto zvarnih spojev.

Secondary title: Design of welding jig for welding of car part in robotic cell
Secondary abstract: The diploma work represents development of automated process of car parts welding in a robotic cell. In the first part the idea of manufacturing of welding jigs is presented followed by a product description and a checklist of VAR d.o.o. and a subscriber of car parts. The main theme of the diploma work is constructing and welding. Technological equipment for welding, basis of spot welding and description of hand and automated welding are presented. Procedures of planning welding jig and other essential elements to develop automation are presented as well. Futhermore virtual models of certain components and presentation of final product are described. Through development of automation shorter manufacturing time, production costs, accuracy and quality of lap joints are required.
