Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen potek spremembe in snovanje orodja za brizganje kabelskega kanala. Diplomska naloga je povzetek enega izmed problemov v moji večmesečni praksi v podjetju MENART d.o.o. V uvodu je podrobno predstavljeno podjetje, sledijo teoretične osnove brizganja umetnih mas ter predstavitev obstoječega orodja. Vsebuje tudi kratke opise tehnologij za izdelavo. Nazorno so predstavljene faze konstruiranja spremembe ter proces programiranja za proizvodnjo. Največ časa smo posvetili iskanju rešitve, konstruiranju in programiranju za proizvodnjo.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents course changes and design of tools for the injection molding of a cable channel. The thesis is a summary of one of the problems in my several months practice at the company MENART Ltd. In the introduction, the company is presented in detail, followed by the theoretical foundations of plastics molding, and presentation of existing tools. It also contains a brief description of technologies for the production. The stages of design changes and process of programming for the production have been illustrated in detail. Most of the time was devoted to finding a solution to design and programming for production.
