Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen proces prilagoditve modela za določanje optimalne količine zaloge v nabavnem procesu v uporaben računalniško podprt model primeren za uporabo v proizvodnem podjetju Penca d.o.o., ki se ukvarja z orodjarstvom in brizganjem plastičnih izdelkov. Opisane so prilagoditve in predpostavke na katerih je s pomočjo Microsoft Excel-a izdelan računalniški program za natančno določitev izdelovane količine posameznih plastičnih brizganih polizdelkov tega podjetja. Zajeti in analizirani so vsi podatki, ki v podjetju povzročajo stroške zaloge. Na realnih primerih v podjetju je prikazano delovanje programa za določevanje optimalne količine in posledični prihranki, ki so posledica te količine. Program je možno uporabiti tudi kot orodje za pridobivanje podatkov, pomembnih za strateške odločitve uprave podjetja.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the process of adapting the model of economic order quantity (EOQ) in the purchasing process to the manufacturing process. In thesis is created program for use of this model in a manufacturing toolmaking and molding plastic products company Penca Ltd. I described the adjustments and the assumptions on which model is based to create Microsoft Excel-designed computer program to accurately determine the amount of the manufactured plastic injection molded semi-finished products of this company. All data which creates costs of stock in enterprise are captured and analyzed. On the real cases from the company is shown the functioning of the program for determining the optimal quantity of stock and the resulting savings as a result of these quantities. The program can also be used as a tool to provide information relevant to the strategic decisions of the enterprise.
