Abstract

Secondary title: Production of the mould for injection moulding for holder of absorber console
Secondary abstract: The thesis covers contemporary manufacturing process of the plastic injection mould. It contains everything from the concept and the construction of the mould, production and testing, to the final serial production with the mould. All the important polymers are described, with emphasis on the thermoplastics that are durable at high temperatures up to 200°C and more. The main mould components and their functions are shown in the thesis. It also presents the commonly used manufacturing methods in the modern mould making companies.
