Abstract

Skrb za naravo ter s tem ustrezna ureditev odpadnih komunalnih vod se je ob rekonstrukciji šole in vrtca na Golem uredila z umestitvijo čistilne naprave. Šola je bila grajena v 20. letih preteklega stoletja, ko se o ekologiji in varovanju narave ni razmišljalo na način kot danes, saj je bil odnos do narave bolj pristen in zavedajoč se, da je narava tista, s katero se preživljajo. Tedanja šola je bila postavljena v idilično podeželsko okolje ter služila svojemu namenu in poslanstvu, se pravi izobraževanju otrok vse do današnjih dni. S časom so se potrebe spremenile, kajti kraji na obrobju Ljubljanske kotline so se začeli množično poseljevati. Zaradi nepremišljene urbanizacije okolja v preteklem obdobju se v sedanjem času srečujemo z onesnaženjem vode, v veliki meri zaradi neurejene komunalne ureditve. V času do pred nekaj let, ko je tudi Slovenija prevzela ustrezne predpise, ki jih je predvidela EU, se na komunalni ureditvi glede odpadnih vod ni dosti izvajalo. Ob gradnji objekta se je v njegovi neposredni bližini zgradila greznica, ki pa najverjetneje ni in še ne zadostuje predpisom, ki narekujejo varovanje okolja, zato se posledično pogosto srečujmo z neustrezno kvaliteto pitne vode. V Sloveniji se na področjih, kjer je gostota poselitve nizka, še dolgo ne bodo zgradila kanalizacijska omrežja, zato se za čiščenje odpadnih vod uporabljajo majhne čistilne naprave kot rešitev za zadostitev zakonodaji s področja emisije snovi pri odvajanju odpadnih vod v okolje. Zaradi problematike delovanja čistilne naprave, ki je bila vgrajena ob rekonstrukciji šole in vrtca, sem se vključila v raziskavo problema oziroma sem preverjala ustreznost delovanja čistilne naprave po ponovno izvedenem zagonu le-te Po vgradnji čistilne naprave njeno delovanje ni bi bilo skladno z okoljevarstvenimi predpisi, zato so se na čistilni napravi izvedli določeni ukrepi, ki so popisani v teoretičnem delu. V obdobju od julija od oktobra 2011 sem spremljala delovanje ČN glede na prisotnost otrok, porabo pitne vode, delovanje v različnih ciklih obratovanja. Rezultate sem zbirala na podlagi dobljenih analiz vzorcev, ki sem jih pridobivala v omenjenem obdobju. Rezultati so pokazali, da je čistilna naprava učinkovita. Za ustrezno nadaljnje delovanje, bi bilo potrebno s strani Občine Ig zagotoviti ustrezno službo za redno spremljanje monitoringa, kajti pogoji v ČN se spreminjajo in se kažejo v rezultatih, ki nihajo. Za pridobitev ustrezne ocene delovanja je spremljanje nujno potrebno, prav tako pa tudi spremljanje parametrov za učinkovito delovanje skladno s predpisano zakonodajo.

Secondary title: Operation of the small biological wastewater treatment plant
Secondary abstract: An appropriate arrangements of sewage wastewater has been handling with the installation of a new wastewater treatment plant at the time the school in Golo was rebuilding in order to protect public health and our environment. The school was built in the 20th past century, when about the ecology and the protection of nature was not considered the way it is today, because the relationship between people and nature was more genuine with belief that humans still depends on nature. At that time, the school was located in an idylic rural environment to serve its purpose to provide the education to children up to the present day. Over the years the needs has been changed and many people decided to move out from Ljubljana to the suburbs for being closer to nature. These resulted today the massive problems with water pollution due to reckless rapid urbanisation and unregulated wastewater treatment in the past. Since Slovenia joined the European Union which is obliged to comply the Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive, has not been much done at this point. Considering that only the septic tank had been installed nearby the reconstructed school in Golo, which is not according to the EU regulations and can leads to drinking water pollution. Because of areas in Slovenia with low population it will take time to upgrade a modern sewage wastewater system as we have to accept with the smaller wastewater treatment plants of small capacity just to follow the EU legislation. The theoretical part of thesis presented specific standards for the new wastewater treatment plant in Golo as was determinated for not following the EU standards for wastewater treatment systems. In the empirical part results of the study of problematic and relevance of a new wastewater treatment plant that has been installed nearby the school in Golo are presented. In the period July to October 2011 I followed the function of wastewater treatment plant according to the presence of children in school, consumption of drinking water and functioning in different operation cycles. I collect the results on the basis of the analysis of samples that I have gained during this period. The results of the survey show the efficiancy of the wastewater treatment plant in Golo. For further appropriate action, the municipality of Ig should provide an adequate service for regular monitoring of wastewater treatment plant as the results vary with changing conditions. To obtain a proper assessment for the efficient wastewater treatment plant, the regular monitoring is highly necessary and also modifying parameters in accordance with European Union of water protection legislation.
