Abstract

Podjetje BSH Hišni aparati, d.o.o., se ukvarja s proizvodnjo malih gospodinjskih aparatov. V diplomski nalogi bom preučil možnost menjave materiala obstoječega drsnega ležaja v vertikalnem priključku paličnih mešalnikov omenjenega podjetja. Teoretični del diplomskega dela obravnava razvoj izdelka s poudarkom na življenjskem ciklu izdelka, predstavitev drsnih ležajev in potencialno uporabnih termoplastičnih materialov ter analizo možnih napak in posledic (metodo FMEA) s praktičnim primerom. Raziskovalni del obsega pripravo načrta preizkušanja in funkcionalno testiranje in meritve vplivnih veličin na prototipih s pomočjo merilnega pulta. Na podlagi predstavljenih rezultatov je bilo ugotovljeno, kateri termoplastičen material bi bil potencialno primeren za zamenjavo. S svojimi predlogi sem skušal predpostaviti izboljšanje dobljenih rezultatov in znižati cene ležaja ter s tem prihraniti podjetju denar.

Secondary abstract: The company BSH Hišni aparati, d.o.o., deals with the production of small home appliances. In the thesis I will examine the possibility of changing the material of the existing slide bearing in the vertical attachment of stick mixers produced by the said company. The theoretical part of the thesis outlines the development of the product with particular emphasis put on the life cycle of the product. In addition, it presents slide bearings and potentially functional thermoplastic materials as well as a Failure Mode and Effect Analysis performed on a practical example. The practical part of the thesis involves drafting of a plan for functional testing and conducting measurements with help of a measuring equipment. The results indicate which thermoplastic material is potentially suitable to replace the existing material. My suggestions aim at pointing to the improvement of obtained results and the reduction of the costs of the bearing, thus delivering savings for the company.
