Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen razvoj spletnih aplikacij z uporabo ogrodja Zend Framework. Pregledani so poglavitni gradniki ogrodja ter prednosti arhitekture in vzorca MVC. Predstavljena je tudi datotečna struktura ogrodja ter opisane pomembne datoteke in komponente. Na kratko je predstavljena tudi najnovejša različica ogrodja, imenovana Zend Framework 2, ter naštete najpomembnejše novosti, ki jih ta prinaša. Vso znanje, ki je bilo pridobljeno iz teoretičnega dela, je bilo nato uporabljeno pri izdelavi spletne strani in primerjavi poteka razvoja s tradicionalnim načinom razvoja aplikacij. Za zaključek so predstavljena še pomembnejša alternativna ogrodja, ki so trenutno na tržišču, in primerjana z ogrodjem Zend Framework.

Secondary title: Web solutions development using Zend Framework
Secondary abstract: This thesis presents the evolution of web applications with the use of Zend Framework. The main parts of the framework have been studied along with the advantages of the architecture and the pattern of MVC. The file structure of the framework has also been examined and important files and components have been described. There is a short presentation of the newest version of the framework called Zend Framework 2 and all the novelties it brings. The knowledge that has been obtained through the theoretical part of this thesis has been used in creating a web site and comparing its evolution with the traditional development of different applications. In conclusion, important alternative frameworks that are currently on the market have been presented and compared to Zend Framework.
